I'm looking to raise one day a week's worth of support, so I can be more effective in the work God is doing around Adelaide.

The Role will Include

• Running training days for followers of Christ with very practical focuses. This will be done in partnership with Soma Australia and St Barnabas, Croydon. (4 times a year - 1 per term)
• Coaching and Encouraging 15-20 up coming church leaders. Regular catch up's and resourcing.
• Helping lead a community of practice with several key church leaders/planters around Adelaide. Fortnightly meeting together.
• Provoking discussions (in the words of Richard Sharp)  to cause shifts in perspectives. While giving plenty of opportunities for people to step into existing communities that are reflecting Kingdom living. 
• Speaking at several camps this year in hopes to see Adelaide become one family of many families. 
• Plus, I'm sure the Spirit has other things planned.
